For many families, Chuck E. Cheese’s is a regular stop for a fun family night out for pizza and games. How about turning that family fun night into a fun filled event to help support your local schools or nonprofit organizations raise money? Chuck E Cheese’s has helped raise almost $15 million dollars thus far! That’s pretty serious “dough” for a place most of us associate with a lovable mouse and quality entertainment. 

Many chains offer fundraising nights during which a portion of receipts from your participants are donated to an organization, but Chuck E. Cheese’s goes further. During your Chuck E. Cheese’s school FUNdraiser, all teacher in attendance are provided a free meal as a special thank you! There’s something for the kids, too—ten free tokens!

Need help with planning for your next school event? Chuck E. Cheese’s makes planning easy by providing a flyer in your promotional package, which can be reproduced and sent home with the kids. The flyer has coupons that can be used the day of the event, and gives parents an idea of how much they’ll be spending. Then Chuck E. comes out to the school on the day of the event between the hours of 2:00 and 4:00, which the kids love!

At your event, you have the option to set up a friendly competition by playing Pop-A-Shot, Alley Rollers and other cool games. Track game points and randomly selected participants can win prizes provided by you or Chuck E. Cheese’s. Just simply request it in the comment section of your online form or tell the team member when you book your event over the phone.

After your FUNdraiser, a donation check for 15% of the proceeds of the event is mailed within 15 business days of the event—no tracking it down, no delays. Here’s how to get started >

It couldn’t be easier!

  • Visit Chuck E. Cheese’s website and go to Birthdays & Events.
  • Choose FUNdraising Events and click on it.
  • If you are hosting a FUNdraising event for a school, click ‘School‘. If you are hosting a FUNdraiser for a nonprofit, click ‘Nonprofit’.
  • Fill out the online interest form and wait for someone to give you a call, or you can call 1-888-CEC-4FUN
  • You can make a reservation a year in advance or at least three weeks prior to the event date, so plan accordingly. All FUNdraising events can be held Monday – Friday, 3-9pm.
  • After your event date and time are confirmed, you can print out the promotional forms–both in English or Spanish–found on-line. You can create calendar SignUps using SignUp.com, and have automated reminders sent directly to your participants.
  • Then, show up at the event, have fun, and receive your check within 15 business days after the event!
